JLIF announces completed acquisition

Following its recent successful capital raise of £60.4 million, JLIF is pleased to announce that it yesterday completed the acquisition of an increased stake in the existing holding of Forth Valley Royal Hospital, valued at £30.0 million. The additional stake has taken JLIF's ownership to 100%. This is as outlined in the prospectus issued on 7th September 2012.

Andrew Charlesworth from John Laing Capital Management, Fund Manager to JLIF, said:
