JLIF announces the completion of the acquisition of two new assets

Following the successful raising of £130.7 million, JLIF today announces the completion of the acquisition of two new PFI/PPP infrastructure assets from John Laing Group for £48.6 million. This is as outlined in the prospectus issued on 29th September 2011.

As planned, the remaining proceeds are being used to acquire seven further assets, already identified, as well as to repay debt incurred by the Fund in acquiring a 50% stake in Forth Valley Royal Hospital. The assets, which JLIF has completed the acquisition of are:
