The notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is being mailed to the registered shareholders of JKX Oil & Gas plc today, Wednesday 24 April 2013. JKX will hold its Annual General Meeting at 11.00 am on Wednesday 5 June 2013 at the premises of The Kings Fund, 11-13 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0AN.
The notice of the 2013 AGM is now available on the Company's website at http://www.jkx.co.uk/investor-centre/investor-download-centre.aspx and a copy of the notice and the form of proxy have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available to view shortly.
