The Company has been notified that on 12 October 2018, Christian Bukovics, Non-executive director, purchased 30,000 ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company (" Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 41.4 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Christian Bukovics, has an interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.017 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company
