Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
The Board of JJB Sports plc ("JJB" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the shareholders of the Company today approved all resolutions put to the AGM at Martland Park, Challenge Way, Wigan WN5 0LD. Voting was by poll on each of the fourteen resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM dated 22 June 2010.
As required by the Listing Rules, two copies of all resolutions passed other than resolutions concerning ordinary business have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority for publication through the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at the Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
Details of the votes cast for each resolution will be available on the Company's website, www.jjbcorporate.co.uk.

Resolution 2: Approval of Remuneration Report
Resolution 12: Authority to make Political Donations;
Resolution 13: Approval of Approved Share Option Plan
Resolution 14: Authority to hold general meetings on 14 days' clear notice;
