Result of Annual General Meeting / Final Dividend / Retirement of Director
Following the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that all ordinary and special resolutions put to shareholders were passed.

Resolution 3 proposed the payment of a final dividend of 2.0p per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 May 2021. The dividend will be paid on 26 November 2021 to those shareholders on the Register of Members at close of business on 22 October 2021. The ex-dividend date is 21 October 2021.
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, a copy of the special resolutions passed at the AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:

Shareholders may have noted that Philip Best retired as a director of the Company following the conclusion of the AGM. The Board wish to thank Philip for his valuable contribution to the Company during his term in office.
