Following the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of Hargreaves Lansdown (UK, constituent) by Harp Bidco (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

Hargreaves Lansdown (UK, B1VZ0M2) will be deleted from the FTSE 100 Index.

Babcock International Group (UK, 0969703) will be added to the FTSE 100 Index and deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

JPMorgan European Growth & Income (UK, BPR9Y24) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 24 March 2025.
