REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

JPMorgan European Discovery Trust plc has purchased into Treasury 68,712 Ordinary shares at 453.27 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 17,579,994 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 118,734,909
The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
