Just Eat plc (LSE: JE), a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, announces that its Chief Executive Officer, Peter Plumb, yesterday was granted the following nil-cost share awards over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Performance Share Plan (the "Plan"):

These awards form part of Mr Plumb's recruitment arrangements following his appointment as Chief Executive Officer and will generally vest three years from the date of grant, subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions and a subsequent two year holding period. In addition, a further grant under the Plan subject to co-investment by him, within the overall plan limits, may be made later in 2017 if Mr Plumb acquires shares in the Company before 31 December 2017.
