In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Just Eat plc announces that Gwyn Burr, a Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Taylor Wimpey plc, effective 1 February 2018. This is a directorship which will be held externally to Just Eat.
