The Company announces that it was informed on the 1st February 2022 that Ben Whitley, Finance Director of J D Wetherspoon plc, sold 1000 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of £9.06 pence per share on 1st February 2022 on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
