Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC (the 'Company')
Final Interim Dividend
The Board of Directors of the Company has today declared the payment of a final interim dividend of 0.25p (net) per Ordinary Income share and a final interim dividend of 0.9p (net) per Common share, both in respect of the current financial year which is due to end with the Company's planned liquidation on 30 November 2017.
The dividends will be paid on 23 November 2017, to shareholders on the register as at 3 November 2017, and are in accordance with the relative entitlements of the Ordinary Income shares and the Common shares to the distributable profits of the Company under the Company's Articles of Association. The ex-dividend date is 2 November 2017.
Total dividends declared in respect of the current financial year are 1.55p (net) per Ordinary Income share and 4.54p (net) per Common share.
