The board of Judges announces, in accordance with AIM Rule 17, that it has been advised that Octopus Eclipse VCT 4 plc ("Eclipse 4") was placed into members' voluntary liquidation on 31 October 2012 pursuant to s.110 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purposes of effecting a merger with Octopus Eclipse VCT plc. Alex Hambro, the Non-executive Chairman of Judges, is a director of Eclipse 4.

Judges has been advised that, prior to 31 October 2012, Eclipse 4 was solvent and was a going concern able to pay all of its liabilities when they fell due and that all assets and liabilities are in the process of being transferred by the liquidators of Eclipse 4 to Octopus Eclipse VCT plc.
