The Company announces that it purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 955.99 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 99,972,634 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 181,661,276 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
