INTERNATIONAL WORKPLACE GROUP PUBLISHES IFRS TO US GAAP TRANSITION INFORMATION
International Workplace Group plc ("IWG") today publishes the conversion of its audited, historic financial information from IFRS to US GAAP for the financial periods 2022, 2023 and 2024.
As previously stated, reporting under US GAAP is being implemented for FY 2025. In order to provide time for investor and analyst teach-ins prior to the H1 2025 Interim Results, which will be the initial reporting of current financial information under US GAAP, IWG will publish its half-year 2025 financial information on 19 August 2025 and conduct a virtual H1 Results Presentation on the same day.
Trading and expectations for the half-year period remain unchanged and in-line with underlying expectations.
Audited financial statements for 2022, 2023 and 2024, a presentation to assist understanding the transition, including the impact on guidance, and appropriate data in Excel format are available under the Reports and Presentations section of the Investor Relations website.
