IWG plc announces that it was today notified that on 19th December 2023 Estorn Limited, a person closely associated with Mark Dixon, Chief Executive Officer of IWG plc, pledged security over 269,677,544 ordinary shares held in the capital of the Company in favour of Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A..
There is no change in Mark Dixon's beneficial shareholding in the Company and he continues to have an interest and voting rights in 289,677,544 ordinary shares representing approximately 28.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
