Director/PDMR Shareholding

1 October 2008

The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") was today notified that following the vesting of an award granted in September 2005 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, 39,237 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred to Mr Ian Stephen Trotter, a director of the Company, for nil consideration on 30 September 2008.  On the same day Mr Trotter sold 16,088 of the Ordinary Shares at a price of £1.84 per share. Following the transfer and the sale Mr Trotter holds 142,184 Ordinary Shares representing 0.47% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
