The Board of Interior Services Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 14 April 2009 it granted the following Directors of the Company options over shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"). The options have an exercise price of 97p per share, being the average of the closing mid-market prices of Ordinary Shares of the Company as quoted on the AIM list of the London Stock Exchange plc on each of the three business days immediately preceding the date of grant.
