Further to the announcement on 12 March 2015 detailing changes in the interests of the directors of ISG plc (the "Company") following exercise of the Broker's Option on 10 March 2015, it has been brought to the Company's attention that the interests of CEO David Lawther and NED Richard Whittington were incorrectly disclosed. The corrected disclosure is set out below:
