The Board of ISG plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 October 2014 two directors purchased ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.07 per share via the Company's Buy As You Earn Scheme ("the Scheme") as set out below. In accordance with the terms of the Scheme, each director received from the Company one free matching share for every ten shares purchased via the Scheme. Each director purchased 586 Ordinary Shares and therefore each director received 58 matching shares. The matching shares are subject to forfeiture rules.
