TheseΒ three yearΒ savings contractsΒ will commence onΒ 1 February 2009. The options wereΒ granted as part of a group-wide grant to all eligible employees who appliedΒ to join the Scheme. The Board is pleased to announce that options have been granted over a total ofΒ 594,870Β shares to 237 employees across the group.
As contributions to such schemes are limited to an aggregate of Β£250 per monthΒ two of theΒ directors have cancelled their memberships of existingΒ savings-related share optionΒ schemes in order to be eligible to join thisΒ Scheme. As a result, thoseΒ directors no longer hold the following options:
