EchoStar Corporation's possible offer for Inmarsat plc

Updated Rule 2.9 - Relevant Securities in Issue Announcement

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the Takeover Code, EchoStar Corporation ("EchoStar") hereby notifies that, as at the close of business on Tuesday 3 July 2018, EchoStar's issued share capital held outside of treasury, consists of 48,474,591 Class A Shares of $0.001 par value each and 47,687,039 Class B Shares of $0.001 par value each.

Each of the Class A Shares is entitled to one vote per share on each proposal to be considered by EchoStar's shareholders.

Each of the Class B Shares is entitled to ten votes per share on each proposal to be considered by EchoStar's shareholders. Each Class B Share is convertible into one Class A Share at any time at the option of the holder.

The International Securities Identification Number code for the Company's Class A common stock is US2787681061. The Class B Shares are unlisted.
