Notification of Transactions of Directors/
Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Interserve Plc (the "Company") announces that the following Executive Directors/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility of the Company exercised share options pursuant to the 2002 Executive Share Option Scheme on 2 March 2015 at an exercise price of 359.33p per ordinary share. All the shares were sold between 2 and 3 March 2015 at a price of 619.1264p per share.
These shares options originally vested in March 2008 having satisfied the requisite performance conditions relating to the Company's earnings per share growth compared to RPI growth over a three-year performance period. The options were granted on 14 March 2005 and were due to expire, if unexercised, on 13 March 2015.
