Interserve Plc Notification of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Interserve Plc (the "Company") was notified yesterday by the Trustees of theInterserve Share Incentive Plan 2009 that the cash dividends paid on 20 May2013 had been reinvested and used to purchase 32,230 Dividend Shares on 21 May2013 at a price of 513.00 pence per share.
