Director's Share Purchase
The Company has been notified that on 10 May 2013, Giles Clarke, Chairman, purchased 662,778 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.1 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Giles Clarke is now interested in 15,927,099* Ordinary Shares respectively, representing approximately 5.58 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
\* This number includes Westleigh Investments Holdings Limited's ("Westleigh") holding of 9,023,581 Ordinary Shares. Giles Clarke is a director and shareholder of Westleigh.
