Director's Share Purchase
Ironveld was informed on 12 September 2012 that, on the same day, Giles Clarke, the Company's Chairman, had purchased a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 2.35 pence per share.
Following the purchases, Giles Clarke is now interested in 14,264,321 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital*.
*Giles Clarke's shareholding includes Westleigh Investments Holdings Limited's ("Westleigh") holding of 9,023,581 Ordinary Shares. Giles Clarke and Nick Harrison (Non-Executive Director of the Company) are directors and shareholders of Westleigh.
