(the 'Company') has today been informedthat on 26 June 2007 Sheldon Goldman, a director of the Company, acquired 58,420warrants to acquire common shares in the Company representing 0.43 per cent. ofthe Company's issued warrants. These warrants were acquired at price of $0.35per warrant. Prior to this purchase, Sheldon Goldman did not own any warrantsin the Company.
