Grant of Options
IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a leading developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for telecoms and utility network operators, announces the approval of the grant of options over a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Options") to Haywood Chapman, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Upon the recommendation of the Company's remuneration committee, the Company has granted the Options pursuant to the Group's 2020 Share Option Plan. The award comprises 307,407 EMI Options and 192,593 Unapproved Options.
The exercise price for the Options is 67.5 pence, being the close price on 10 September 2020 and the date of Haywood's appointment. The Options vest in portions of one third on the first, second and third anniversaries of grant and have no further performance conditions other than ongoing employment on the date of vesting. The Options will be subject to a two-year holding period from vesting point, with Haywood only permitted to sell shares sufficient to cover the exercise cost and any tax liability within this holding period. The Options will vest in full on a change of control.
As this represents his first award of Options, Haywood Chapman now holds 500,000 Options.
