The Company announces that on 20 March 2015 it was notified that on such date Andy Hopper, Chairman, purchased 9,900 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share and Ian Kershaw, Non-Executive Director purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 101 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Andy Hopper and Ian Kershaw hold [234,900] and 2,000 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing approximately [0.9%] and 0.01% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
