IQE plc (AIM:Â IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions to the global semiconductor industry, announces that on 28 June 2023 following approval from IQE's Board of Directors and a recommendation made by the Remuneration Committee, IQE's Interim Chief Financial Officer was granted an award of 750,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company in the form of nil cost share options ("Awards"), pursuant to IQE's Long Term Incentive Plan. The Awards will vest over a three-year period to 31 May 2026.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
