Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules.
The Company was notified on 20 April 2010 of the following purchases on that date:
1. John Henwood, Non-Executive Director, purchased 30,000 units (comprising ordinary shares of 1 pence each and 'A' ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each in the Company) ("Units") at an average price of 56p per Unit. As a result of this purchase, John Henwood's total interest in the Company is 40,000 Units representing 0.144% of the current issued share capital of the Company; and
2. Anthony Gee, Group Finance Director, purchased 20,000 Units at a price of 59p per Unit. As a result of this purchase, Anthony Gee's total interest in the Company is 20,000 Units representing 0.072%% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
