Flying Brands Limited (LSE: FBDU), the home shoppingcompany, is pleased to announce that Mr. Paul Fraser has been appointed Chairmanof the Company. Paul Fraser (50), who has served as a director of Flying Brandssince 1998, succeeds Mr. Alan Fryer (64), who has reached his intendedretirement age. Mr. Fryer will continue to serve as a non executive directoruntil the Company's AGM on 13 April 2006. It is also announced that Mr. TimTrotter (47) has been made Deputy Chairman. These appointments are botheffective as of today. During his four years as Chairman, Mr. Fryer has helped create a more dynamicbusiness with a clear strategic direction and the Board of Flying Brands wishesto thank him for his successful stewardship of the Company.
