Proposed Final Dividend Record Date

The following amendment has been made to the "Proposed Final Dividend Record Date" announcement released today at 07:00 under RNS No. 0342H:

The Company's AGM date is 19 June 2013 and not 19 July 2013 as stated in the announcement. 

All other details remain unchanged.

"Further to the Company's results for the year ended 28 December 2012, announced on 28 February 2013, Impellam announces that the record date for the proposed final dividend of 5 pence per share to be approved at the Company's AGM on 19 June 2013, will be 21 June 2013. The dividend is payable on 10 July 2013."
