APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR15 May 2012

Impellam Group plc ("Impellam" or the "Group"), is pleased to announce the appointment of Eileen Kelliher, as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Ms. Kelliher, aged 43, is a solicitor with over 20 years of merger and acquisitions, corporate and fundraising experience. Eileen joined Allen & Overy LLP, one of the world's leading law firms, as an associate in 1996 and later became an equity partner in the firm in 2001 where she practiced until 2012.

Ms. Kelliher is a Trustee and director of the Ireland Fund of Great Britain. She is actively involved in a number of other philanthropic causes.

Eileen is an alumnus of the National University of Ireland where she earned a Bachelor of Law degree (BCL). She is admitted to practice in both England and Wales as well as the Republic of Ireland.
