Appointment of Director

Impellam Group plc ("Impellam", the "Company" or the "Group") - London AIM: IPEL; 2 September 2013

Impellam is pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Ettling, 49, as a non-executive director with immediate effect. 

Mr Ettling is a qualified accountant with over 20 years experience of executive management, particularly in the technology and HR outsourcing sector. Most recently he was Chief Executive of NorthgateArinso, a $950 million global HR services company, providing HR outsourcing, HR software solutions and HR system integration for Fortune 2,000 companies. He repositioned the business as an HR services company enabled by software and with a global reach. Prior to this, he was with Unisys, latterly as Vice President, Global BP Strategy and Operations, running the business process outsourcing division with revenues of £650 million and employing 5,000 staff.
