Directorate Change

InternetQ, one of the leading providers of mobile marketing and digital entertainment solutions for mobile network operators and brands, today announces the following board changes:

Konstantinos Korletis, currently Executive Chairman of the Board, will be stepping down with immediate effect in order to pursue other business interests.

Konstantinos served as Chief Executive Officer of InternetQ, bringing the company to market during its Initial Public Offering in 2010 and for the first two years of rapid growth as a public Company. Since late 2012 Konstantinos has held the position of Executive Chairman and leaves the Company at a time of the announcement of record financial results following three years of consistent growth.

At the same time InternetQ would like to welcome Timothy Grainger Weller to the Board who will become Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mr Weller aged 51, is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Incisive Media, a Company he floated on the Main market in 2000. During his career he has been CEO of both the private and public Companies and is an experienced Chairman of business's in the media and internet sectors.

Panagiotis Dimitropoulos, Chief Executive Officer of InternetQ commented:
