Inspired Energy plc (AIM: INSE), a leading UK energy procurement consultant to UK corporates, announces that it has been informed that today Janet Thornton, Matthew Thornton and Bob Holt, directors of the Group, purchased in aggregate 1,624,999 ordinary shares of 0.125p ("Ordinary Shares") in the Group. Their resultant holdings are summarised below:
