Instem plc (AIM: INS), a leading provider of IT solutions to the global life sciences market, announces that its Annual Report for the year-ended 31 December 2017, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") and Form of Proxy for the AGM, was sent to shareholders on 30 April 2018. The Annual Report and Notice are also available to view or download from the Company's website at www.instem.com.
The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of RSM, 3 Hardman Street, M3 3HF on Thursday 24 May 2018 at 10:00 am.
