Update on ODCE application for the appointment of inspectors to the Company

Dublin/London, 31 August 2018: The Company has been notified at 12.50 p.m. this afternoon that the President of the High Court of Ireland will deliver judgment on Tuesday, 4 September 2018 at 2.00 p.m. on the application brought by the Director of Corporate Enforcement for the appointment, under section 748 of the Companies Act 2014, of inspectors to investigate the affairs of the Company. The ODCE's application was heard by the President of the High Court in July 2018, with judgment then reserved.
