There is no set date upon which this will cease as this is dependent on the instructions of the client (please refer to attached appendix for an explanation of the relationship between Tweedy, Browne Company LLC and its clients).

Tweedy, Browne Company LLC acted in good faith in the acquisition of the additional voting rights the subject of this filing. Tweedy, Browne Company LLC is late in the filing of this notification due to the fact that it was unaware that threshold for reporting holding of voting rights had been reduced from the previous threshold of 5% (under which Tweedy, Browne had previously made notifications) to 3%. Tweedy Browne takes its shareholding disclosure obligations very seriously. It has a rigorous procedure for monitoring these positions and has retained counsel in the over 20 jurisdictions in which it invests in order to advise on the various thresholds involved. Unfortunately, in this instance, the advice it had received became dated. On becoming aware of the new threshold Tweedy, Browne Company LLC acted immediately to rectify this oversight.
