Director Shareholding
Inland Homes plc ("Inland Homes" or the "Company") was advised on 5 July 2019 that Stephen Wicks, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 150,000 ordinary 10 pence shares at 66.0 pence per share. The Wicks Pension Fund also purchased 60,000 ordinary 10 pence shares at 66.0 pence per share. Stephen Wicks' resulting beneficial holding is now at 17,237,256 ordinary shares.
The Company was also advised on 5 July 2019 that Nishith Malde, Finance Director, purchased 150,000 ordinary 10 pence shares at 66.0 pence per share into his Pension Fund. His resulting beneficial holding is now at 10,891,529 ordinary shares.
