Total Voting Rights
InfraStrata notifies that following the recent issue of 4,095,000 ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital as at 28 February 2011 comprises 78,264,326 ordinary shares of 10p each. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in InfraStrata is 78,264,326.
The above figure of 78,264,326 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
