Total Voting Rights

The Company confirms that the total number of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company with voting rights as of today is 151,991,559. The Company holds no shares in treasury. Therefore the above figure of 151,991,559 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
