InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Arun Raman, Chief Finance Officer of the Company, purchased 7,642 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 June 2021 at a purchase price of 26.17 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following these purchases, Arun Raman has a total beneficial interest in 93,853 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
