IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that on 23 May 2019 Dean Brazenall, Vice President Sales - EMEA, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of ÂŁ1.86 per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Dean Brazenall's total shareholding in the Company is 13,648 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18 per cent. of IndigoVision's issued voting share capital.
