Director/PDMR Shareholding
IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 3 April 2014, Marcus Kneen, Chief Executive Officer, sold 2,750 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 460 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Company also announces that on 3 April 2014, Mr Kneen purchased 2,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 461 pence per Ordinary Share. The above transactions were undertaken as part of his personal tax planning.
Following the above transactions Mr Kneen retains a beneficial interest in 212,544 Ordinary Shares representing 2.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
