Director Share Dealings

IndigoVision Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 14 December 2011, the following Directors acquired shares in the Company.

- Hamish Grossart, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 185,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 250.5 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Grossart's beneficial holding in the Company is 385,500 ordinary shares, representing 5.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

- Marcus Kneen, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 8,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 250.5 pence per share. Following the transaction, Mr Kneen's beneficial holding in the Company is 185,948 ordinary shares, representing 2.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
