IndigoVision Group PLC03 April 2008 3 April 2008 IndigoVision Group plc ("the Company") The Company has been notified of the following market transactions by a directorwhich took place on 2nd April 2008. Hamish Grossart, non-executive chairman, sold 150,000 ordinary shares in theCompany at 745p per share. A pension fund of which Hamish Grossart,non-executive chairman, is the beneficiary, bought 150,000 ordinary shares inthe Company at 745p per share. As a result of these transactions, there has been no change in the number ofshares in the Company in which Hamish Grossart has an interest. In addition the Company has been notified that, following a change in maritalcircumstances in March, Hamish Grossart is no longer interested in 500 ordinaryshares in the company. The total number of ordinary shares in the Company inwhich Hamish Grossart has an interest as at close of business on 2nd April2008 is 200,500. Of these, he has a beneficial interest in 200,000 ordinaryshares, and an interest as trustee in the remaining 500 ordinary shares.
