Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
IndigoVision has agreed the appointment of Chris Lea to the Board as Chief Financial Officer, with effect from a date to be mutually agreed with his existing employer, but no later than 30 June 2016. Chris Lea will succeed Holly McComb who after nine years of service, four of which as Chief Financial Officer, has expressed a wish to pursue other interests.
Chris Lea is currently Finance Director at Superglass Holdings Plc, an AIM listed company, where he has been in the role since 2013. Prior to Superglass he was Chief Financial Officer for Aviagen, a privately held growth-orientated international business for which he worked for nine years. He is a chartered accountant, having worked in a variety of roles at KPMG, latterly as a Director of Transaction Services.

AIM Rules disclosures
Christopher Paul Lea, aged 49, holds no shares in the Group. Other than as set out below there is no further information to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of Mr Lea's appointment as a Director of the Company.
