Immotion Group plc, the UK-based immersive virtual reality ("VR") 'Out of Home' entertainment business, is pleased to announce further to the announcement on 6 May 2020, Admission of the New Ordinary Shares took place on 27 May 2020 ("Admission").
As a result of the Admission of New Ordinary Shares and resultant dilution, as at 27 May 2020, the interests of the Directors in the share capital of the Company immediately following Admission, are set out below:
